Made some gains with today's training. But I did take it easy on the biceps since my left forearm pain is acting up. So I just did some light curls.
Db delt press: 3 warms, 75/8,7 65/10
Front raise ss seated side lateral: 3x
Db Shrug: 85/12,12,11 65/14
Light Biceps: 6 sets
