Great workout today! For a couple of weeks, the energy levels were low, but now they are sky rocketing.

Flat Bar: 2 warm, 185/7,6 drop set
In db fly: 45/10,11,10
Tri Pressdown: 1 warm, 60/9,8,7
Db Ext: 30/5 25/8 20/11
Up ab work: 5 sets
Did some posing last night for the first time hard. My hams are sore today!
