Flat Bar Press: 2 warms, 185/7,5 2 drops
In Db Fly: 45/10 50/8 45/9
Tricep Pressdown:1 warm, 60/10 70/7 drop set
Db Ext Lying: 30/6 25/8 20/11

All in all a good workout.
