Morning cardio: 45 min

Chest workout:

Really mixed it up to keep the drive going. Nice pump and burn, but was weaker.

In fly: 5 sets
Flat bench: 5 sets
Slight in db press x reps: 4 sets
Chest dips: 3 sets

Upper ab work: 6 sets

Cardio: 30 min

Having been posing about every other day, just note posting it each time!
