New rotation and will be leading of with flat db presses from now on.
I will be using a rep scheme to slowly bring this up.
Flat db press: 3 warms, 85x8,8,10
In bar press: 2 warm, 175x8,8 dropset
Chest dips: 4 sets to failure
Barbell curl: 2 warms, 80x8,8,12
Tri pressdown: 2 warms, 75x8,8,9
Stand db curl ss
with Db ext: 2 x
15 min cardio.
