Chest and arms:

Little short on time so I cut the arm portion short.  All in all did what was needed.

Flat bench: 4 warms, 225/3 245/2 260/2,2,2 
Drop off set: 185/15
In db press: 2 warms, 95/8,6 75/10
Flat db fly: 1 warm, 55/10,9
Stand db curl ss
with rope pressdown: 4 x
10 min cooldown.
