Day off yesterday, and today whacked my chest and triceps. Really had some nice gains, and foresee the strength to continue to climb. Chest strength is just about to the point to pre diet mode.

Chest and triceps:

Flat bench: 3 warms, 185/5 205/5 220/5,6,7
Chest dips: 2 warms, 4 chains/8,8
Slight in db press ss: 75x3
Db fly: 40x3
Tricep pressdown: 2 warms, 75/8,8,8
Bar ext ss
with db kb: 3 x

20 min cardio
