Made a couple of gains from last time. Happy with the workout.
Alergies were hurting today, tough to breath!
Flat Db press: 2 warms, 85/5 95/6,5 85/6
In Db press: 75/7 65/7,8 drop set
Dips: BW to failure x 3
Flat Fly ss
with feet on bench push ups: 2 x

Impressive on the Flat DB Presses - we are pretty similar in chest strength right now.
