Hard getting started today. Even though weight loss has slowed down (on purpose)
it take a few sets to get things moving. Point blank, less body fat = less energy!

Deads: 1 warms, 315/6 345/4,4 245(on plate)/10
Db bench row: 55/12,10,9
Close pulldown: 100/11,10 drop sets
Upper abs: 4 sets
