Was short on time today, plus my legs are still sore from the hammie/calf work and sprints!

So I changed it up a but:

Squat: BW squats: 150/15,15,13,13,13
Leg Cur: 2 warms, 50/6,6,4
Hack Squat: 2 warms, 225/6 250/6,7
Calf raise: singles 3 x failure
lower ab work: 3 sets

10 minute plus posing at night.
