Really strong workout today and nailed it!

Leg press: 2 warms, 405/15 450/15,11
Front squat: 2 warms, 225/5 245/5,5
Leg ext: 1 warm, 75/12 80/9
Step lunge: 40/10,11
Low and side ab work: 6 sets ss
