Quick workout but effective. Started AP this morning after a 2 week lay off, and felt the immediate pump.
Push Press: 2 warms, 145/8 165/6,6 115/12
Side Lateral Cable: 2 warm, 25/8,8
Db Shrug ss with rear raise: 3 x
BW 159 up a 1/2 pound
BF hand held: 9%, down almost a half percent.
All in all feeling tighter little bit each day. no changes in the diet yet.
