Del and Biceps:
Not a bad workout today but not the best.
Db Delt Press: 2 warms, 75/8,7,6 drop set Side Lateral up and down: 3 x Front Raise Db: 30/8,8 45 plate x 2 1 arm preacher curl: 1 warm, 30/11 35/8 Bar curl: 65/11,10,10 drop set
