Back:

Stayed away from deads today. My legs are still sore from the previous workouts, plus some tightness in the back.

BW Pull ups: 6,6,7,6,6,6
Bent over rows: 2 warms, 205/8 225/5 185/9
Close grip pulldowns: 1 warm, 100/11 110/8,8
High Pulldown: 35/12 40/10 35/11
