Kick arse training today and a nice finish to this round. Increases across the board and really happy with my progress. Bicep work continues to improve..

with Front raise with bar: 3 x
Barbell curl: 2 warms, 115/6 130/5 135/5
Rope curl: 2 warms, 50/11,10
1 arm db preacher curl: 25/13,12
Ab work: 5 sets
