Do you burn muscle tissue or fat first when doing cardio on an empty stomach, even if it's 55-65% of MHR. Does lifting weights on an empty stomach burn muscle?

I would never do weight training nor cardio on an empty stomach.

Some feel that you can do light cardio without a meal, but to drink bcaa's pre, during and post cardio.

Let's put it this way, If I do cardio, I treat it like a weight training workout, so its a precaution to have a meal pre and post cardio workout.
