Legs:

On to a different 3 day split, and now doing front squats. I have a long way to go, but a goal of mine is to do reps with 315 with in the next 6 months. The most I have done was 275 for 5 back in April.

Leg Ext: 2 warms, 75/10,10
Front squat: 2 warm, 215/5 235/5,6
Leg press: 1 warm, 360/12,13
Stiff leg bar: 2 warm, 215/6 235/6
Calf: 100's
