Legs:

Made a few increases from last leg workout. Again felt good.
The squat are ATG, trying to get the glutes involed.

Squat: 2 warms, 275/5 285/5,5
Hack squat: 2 warms, 225/8 235/6
Leg Ext: 60/12,12
Leg curl: 2 warm, 42/8,7
Glute/Ham raise: 2 sets assisted
Calf raise: 3 sets of singles to failure, 1 set of doubles to failure
