Delt and bicep workout:

Really solid training today and I was content with the push press numbers. I think I was close to a personal best doing 175 for 5. Mixed up the secondary movements with variations. And it felt good doing biceps after.

Push press: 3 warms, 145/5 165/5 175/5 125/12
Side lateral: heavy drop sets, 3 x
Front raise plate: 45/15,14,12
Hammer curl: 3 warms, 65/6 75/6,7
1 arm preacher: 1 warm, 35/10,11
