Moved right through this workout with increases across the board. Pump was on and I really dig the pre workout cocktail!
Side laterals: 2 warms 45/6 55/6,6 35/13
High In Db press: 1 warms, 80/9 85/8,6
Upright row w/cable: 2 warms, 70/11 72/10
Floor raises: 15 x 3
side ab work: 6 sets
25 min cardio
