30 min morning cardio
Shoulder and Bicep workout:
Feeling better and not as tired and looking forward to going back on the normal routine tomorrow.
Here is what I did today as it was unrecorded again.
Push Press: 7 sets
Side lateral: 5 sets
Floor raises: 3 sets
In db curl: 4 sets
Cable curl: 3 sets
Con curl: 2 sets
15 min posing at night.
