Legs:


Took it a little light today but still went to failure. The reason is simply the back has been tight from awkward sleeping the last few days. Or it may be from WII boxing!

Walk lunge: 45/6 50/6,6
Ca;f raise: 90/20,15,14
Calf body weight: 3 sets
