Back and shoulder workout:
Nice workout today and made gains across the board from last time hitting it. A timely workout since I wasn't on to do any crazy deads or rows and coming off a minor bug. Pump was great and faster tempo training.
Pull ups: 11,8,7,6
Seated cable rows: 2 warms, 165/9,8
1 arm db row: 1 warms, 90/11,9 drop set
Stand Db press: 2 warms, 55/8 60/8,7
Side ups seated on ball: 1 warm, 20/10,9
upper ab work: 4 sets
12 min cardio cooldown.
