Quads and calves:

Solid workout, and ran right through it.

Squat: 4 warms, 295/5 345/3 375/3,3 225/16
Leg ext: 2 warms, 85/10 90/9
Hack squat: 2 warms, 225/8 250/10
Calf raise: 2 warms, singles with weight 3x, 2 drops

15 min cardio
