Chest and Abs
Shoulders more so the left one still hurting! Didn't make any real gains on reps, but overall a decent workout. I did cut it short though.
Slight In Db: 3 warm, 85/8 105/4,3 (a waste, next time lighter weight!) drop set felt good
Flat Bar: 2 warm, 170/9.7
PIP Db: 45/12 50/9 45/8
1 set of dips ss with push ups
Cable Abs: 3 sets
