Quads:
Trained early today, about 9am, due to busy schedule. All in all a good workout and made some progress from last week.
Leg Press: 3 warms, 460/11 drop set
Front Squat: 140/10 150/10 160/11
Leg Ext: 77/15 87/12
Split Squat: 55/15 65/15
Knee was a little tender but I think its getting better.
