Nice mix up and great finish to this round. Strength was solid.

Side lateral: 3 warms, 45/6 50/6 drop set
High In db press: 1 warm, 85/8,8,6
Cable upright row: 2 warm, 70/10,9
Db Floor raises: 15 x 3

Side ab work: 6 sets
