Last heavy let workout!

Was tired going in but I nailed it.

Leg Ext: 4 sets
Front squat: 5 sets, drop set with leg press
Leg curl: 5 sets
Walk linge: 3 sets
Calf work: 6 sets
upper ab work: 5 sets

Will pose tonight.
