New routine for chest today, and the workout was a little bit fast due to the little guy with me.

Flat Db: 2 warms, 85/9,8,8
In Db: 65/10,9,8
Weight Chest Dips: 25/7,6 drop set
Flat Fly: 40/11,10
Cable Ab Crunch: 3 sets
