Good workout today and nailed the numbers. All gains throughout and felt great.
Starting to see the slight changes in the body which is exciting. Small changes are the key.

with front raises: 3 x
Barbell curl: 2 warms, 110/8 120/8
Hammer curl: 1 warm, 45/8 47/9
1 arm cable curl: 20/12 22/13
