Quads and calves:
Felt good to hit the weights today. Didnt keep track of what I did. Just wanted to get the blood flowing. Surprising the pump was really good and was happy with the end result of the workout.
Leg Ext: 5 sets
Leg press: 6 sets
Sumo Db squat ss
with Sissy squat: 3x
Calf work: 5 sets
10 min cardio cooldown.
