Made some gains in just about every movement today. Was in the zone and nice pump!
Upright row cable: 2 warms, 75/6,6
Seated side latearl: 2 warm, 37/8,9
Trap bar shrugs ss
with Rear delt raise: 3 x
1 arm cable curl: 1 warm, 22/10 27/8
Close grip bar curl: 1 warm, 85/8 95/7 drop set
Hammer curl: 25/11
10 min light bike.
