Chest and Tricep workout:


Still sick but I pushed through the head cold. New routine so always motivated to see where I am at.

Flat db press: 3 warm, 95/6 100/7,7
Mid incline bar press: 2 warm, 175/7,7
In Db flhy: 1 warm, 50/8,9 drop set
Short bar tri pressdown: 2 warm, 60/6,6
Rope cable ext: 1 warm, 40/7,8 drop set
7 min light cardio.
