Delt and bicep workout:
Felt great today, but my triceps and chest were still sore from 2 days ago!
So, I mixed things up a little, hit it hard and kept it short.
Side lateral: 2 warms, 40/6 45/6 47/6 2 drop sets
Upright row: 2 warms, 95/8 105/8,9 drop set
1 arm spider curl: 1 warm, 30/10,11
Rope curl: 1 war, 40/10 45/9
10 min light cardio
