Quads and calve workout:
Made it to 4 min and 30 sec. It was madness. Just one more time next quad workout and will shoot for 5 min. Thereafter, off to Front Squats and hitting the goal of moving 315 for reps.
Squat: 2 warms, 95 x 4 min 30 sec
Leg ext: 75/10,9,9
Leg press(feet close): 225/10 270/11,10
Calf work: 6 sets
