Legs:
I am doing another round of the 3 day for the fact I will be having another un-scheduled day off. But the legs were well rested and I really nailed them today.
Leg Ext: 2 warms, 90/11,10,9
Front squat: 2 warms, 215/5 235/5,6
Leg curl: 2 warms, 47/8,5,5
Walk Lunge: 55/6,6,6,8
Calf work: 6 sets
Low ab work: 5 sets
