I was really short on time this morning. But I banged out a decent workout.
In bar press: 3 warms, 185/6,6 drop set
Dips: 25/8,6 2 sets to failure bw
In db press: 65/8 55/9 45/11,10
Fast tempo led to less weight moved. But it was effective.
I will pose tonight, the plan is to do 20 minutes
