Lying Leg Curls: 2 warms, 55/7,6
Angled LC: 2 drops to failure
Wide Leg Press: 2 warms, 315/9,10
Db LC: 1 warm, 40/8,8
Weighted Calf: 110/20,14,13,12
BW calf: 2 sets to 50 plus
1 leg: 1 set to failure
