Great back training today and made nice progress since last time I did this routine last week.

Trap Bar Deads: 3 warms, 315/6 365/6,8 275/12
Rope Pulldown: 1 warm, 110/9,8,8
Bent over rows: 155/10 165/9,9
Lat Pulldown wide: 100/11,10 90/13
