Happy with current results. As I look back, most of the weight loss is from body fat! And, I am starting to feel tighter in the mid section.

Felt strong today! Tomorrow will be an off day. Going to help a client at a show. Then pick things up on Sunday with 2 rounds of the 4 day split.

Leg Curl: 1 warm, 45/9,6 drop set
Leg Ball: 3 sets to failure
Stand Calf: 100/20,16,15 then body weight: 25,25
Sinlges: 1 set to failure
