Delts and Abs:
Really focused today. Felt great.
Db delt press: 2 warms, 75/6 85/5,5 65/10 Db Shrug: 95/10,9 85/11,10 drop set Sider lateral up/down: 3 x to failure Front Raise: 50/10 60/8,8 (was spent before these) Low ab work: 3 sets
