Seated Side Lateral: 1 warm, 35/8,9,8
Db Alt Front Raise: 1 warm, 30/8 35/8,6 (have not done these in years!)
In Db Curl: 1 warm, 35/8 40/7,6
Cable Curl: 40/10,11,11
Wrist Curls: 2 sets
Good workout today. Little tired from lack of sleep. We enjoy the day off tomorrow!
