Arms and abs:
Another early and sort of feeling sick workout today. But the pump was fantastic. Next time I do this routine will a another set or two.
1 arm cable curl: 2 warms, 25/9
1 arm pressdown: 2 warm, 22/9
Short Bar Curl: 70/8 90/8,8
Short Bar Tri Ext: 50/8 70/10 80/7
Alt Db Curl: 40/9,8
Rope Pressdown: 30/10 42/9
Weighted side bends: 40/15,15,15
