Chest:

Shoulder is still bothering me, but not as much as last week. So I took it easy and still had a nice workout.

Mid Db Press: 3 warms, 75/8,8
Dips: 4 sets to failure
Flat Db Press: 65/7 55/9,8
Cable Abs: 3 sets
