Weight in: 168, BF with hand held, 11.2. Content with results. When compared to last year, I am leaner at the same weight.
Lat Pulldown wide: 3 warms, 140/8 150/6
T Bar Row: 2 warms, 170/5,4 drop set
Db Deads: 1 warm, 105/8,10
Lat Under: 3 rest pause with 110
Calf work: 2 warms, 3 rest pause

How many calories do you eat in the offseason? Do you increase them by 500 each week?
For the offseason, I do not count calories. I keep the protein high and just eat more carbs and keep fats around the same. I do gain weight from this since I am carb sensitive.
