Lat Wide Pulldown: 2 warms, 150/8,6
T Bar Row: 2 warms, 180/6,6 drop set
Db Deads: 105/12,10,12
Lat Close Under: 110/9 100/10
Calf Work: 5 sets

Another great workout. Nailed a goal with the T bar rows!

If a person looses a couple pounds of muscle, how long would it take to gain it back naturally. Should that person eat more or exercise more and heavier?

It depends on the length of time they lost the muscle. But both proper nutrition and training are needed.
