Chrst and arms:
A little faster moving today, but a great pump and workout! The extra carbs I think are helping a lot. I feel that my body as come back to normal as far as whatever kicked my butt a couple of weeks ago. I will keep them higher for another week after this check in.
I am excited to see where my weight and bf is this Friday.
