Back and delts:
I really like this combo. Pushed it a little bit harder today.
Pull ups: 11,8,7,6.5 Trap Bar Deads: 2 warms, 315/5,9,8 Lat pull under: 100/10 110/8,8 drop set Db Shrugs: 85/10,9 75/10 65/12 Front Raise Bar ss with side lateral: 3 x
