Quads:

Leg Ext: 2 warms, 75/12
Front Squat: 2 warm, 255/6 275/4 185/10
1 leg press: 1 warm, 180/10 190/10 drop set
Split Db Squat: 85/14 95/12

Good to mix things up today, and pushed it on the front squats.
