Single LC: 25/12 30/9 20/15
Stiff BarL 1 warm, 225/8,9
Calf Raises: 2 warms, 90/16 115/13,12
3 way raise to failure, then singles to failure
All in all a good workout, was a little stonger than last time I did this routine.
